Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to create an explainer video?

In terms of an artist’s working time, anything from two days to in excess of twenty.

Do you only produce 60 second videos?

No! Our skill-sets cover a broad range of animation styles and techniques, adaptable to tackle a wide range of challenges. We have created animated logos as short as three seconds, and created visual effects for short films that last fifteen minutes.

What standard is the quality of the video?

A client once stated that he felt like we had ” Brought Hollywood” to his business.

This is something we are incredibly passionate about and we produce work to the highest standards of our industry. Our entire team graduated from Bournemouth University, where we studied on one of the most respected animation courses in the world. You can rest assured your project is in safe hands.

Can you explain what the process involves?

The process varies from project to project. We are constantly exploring and evaluating new ways to streamline how we work, to give you the most competitive price without sacrificing quality.

Do I need a final concept before you produce the animation?

You can come to us at any stage of the production. We are happy to support the creation of ideas if required and we are also willing to step into developed, yet unfinished, productions.

Can I have a voiceover and music?

Yes! All our animations include a professionally recorded voice-over and music.

Can you help me with video marketing?

We focus on creating animations. We have well-developed relationships with key partners, so we can offer you a full package solution.

How does the feedback and revision process work?

Throughout the project, we take regular feedback, both on the script and the visuals, before we move on. For static content (Graphics, scripts, storyboards), we will email you the relevant files for you to send back with your comments. For animated content we use an online platform that allows you to comment directly onto the video, giving you a straightforward and streamlined revision.

Prompt feedback is critical, we recommend within a 24 hour period. At the beginning of the project, we will let you know which days to expect feedback, so you can allocate time to make sure you are available!

How much involvement will I have in the process?

A lot! This is your YOUR animation.

You will have many opportunities to review the work and offer feedback and suggestions, especially in the early stages of the project. Once the design stage is complete however, it becomes difficult to make amendments.
